Questions we get asked

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Not on a weekday. Walk in Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. Saturdays are by appointment, call to arrange a time. Closed Sunday.

Do you build the cellar, or only sell the parts?

We handle both. We design the cellar, supply the racking, cooling and door, and Mike brings in contractors he has worked with for the build and installation. If you already have a general contractor on a larger remodel, he works alongside them.

Do you work outside Walnut Creek?

Yes, across the Bay Area, Contra Costa and Alameda counties out to San Francisco, Napa, Sonoma and the Peninsula. Tell Mike your town and he will tell you what support looks like there.

Can I buy a cooling unit or rack kit?

Yes. Bring the model you are replacing or the kit you are looking at. Room dimensions and a photo let Mike check fit, capacity and installation before you order.

What should I bring to the showroom?

A photo of the space, rough dimensions and the bottle count you want to plan for. Mike can help you compare a layout and cooling options.
