From a room measurement to a delivered pallet

Get the room, equipment and delivery details into the same conversation. Mike can help you work through the choices before you order.

    Length, width, ceiling height, wall and ceiling construction, glass, and how many bottles you want to end up with. A photo and a rough sketch is plenty.

    Work through the cooling requirements and rack layout for your room. Agree on the product list, design scope and delivery quote before placing the order.

Questions we get asked every week

Can I buy a cooling unit without a cellar designed yet?
You can purchase equipment for your own project. Before ordering cooling, send the room dimensions, construction details and proposed equipment location so we can help you assess the fit. Confirm installation requirements for the exact model with your contractor.
How much does a cellar cost?
The work needed to prepare the room matters as much as the racking. A wall of racks differs from an enclosed cellar needing insulation, glass, cooling and electrical work. Send room dimensions and photographs to discuss the project scope and estimate requirements.
Do you deliver and install?
Shipping depends on the product and destination. Large equipment needs a freight quote; confirm receiving access and the delivery service before ordering. For a cellar project, discuss installation responsibilities with Wine Hardware and your contractor.
What is the difference between a wine refrigerator and a cellar?
A wine refrigerator may meet your needs without converting a room. Compare the exact model’s usable capacity, installation requirements and bottle fit with the collection you own. Bring the dimensions to our Walnut Creek showroom to discuss the options.
Can I see this equipment before I buy it?
Yes. The showroom at 1617 Locust St in Walnut Creek has racking you can put your hands on, cabinets you can open and glassware in daylight. Monday to Friday 9:30am–5:30pm, Saturday by appointment, closed Sunday.
Do you ship outside the Bay Area?
Get the shipping details before you commit. Call Mike with the product and delivery address to discuss costs, including freight for large items. Review installation responsibilities for your project separately. Wine is showroom pickup or local delivery only.
