Compare Merlot-led Arise with Cabernet-led Contrarian, then look at the Ærena Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. The reds move through plum, coffee and savory spice; the Chardonnay brings pear, peach and citrus. Arriviste adds a rosé to the list; confirm the vintage you want.
