What to know before you buy

Give the equipment a clear place in the room. The WhisperKOOL range here includes SC PRO and Extreme through-wall units, Slimline over-door cooling, Platinum split systems and ceiling-mount options. Accessories cover specific controls, drainage and exterior protection, so the system you choose should lead the parts list.

Bring Mike the room plan, insulation details and the proposed exhaust or condenser location. He will compare configurations, tell you what is included and go over freight and installation before you order. Ask Mike about fit.
