- Karl's House Favorite and Karl's Little Sip are pickup only. Karl's Collection delivers within 5 miles of the showroom; the remaining levels within 15 miles. Everyone else collects at the Walnut Creek showroom.

How often do I receive wine?
Club selections are available quarterly. Your selected level determines the bottle count and whether local delivery is available.
Can I collect at the shop?
Yes. Every level offers pickup at our Walnut Creek showroom. Little Sip and House Favorite are pickup only. Collection offers delivery within 5 miles of the showroom; Cellar Builder, Premium Three, Collector Six and Reserve Cellar offer delivery within 15 miles. Outside those areas, collect at the shop.
When am I billed?
Joining authorizes the selected membership charge at signup and every three months afterward. Online payment is unavailable; call Mike to confirm membership and payment arrangements.
How do I cancel?
Email Wine Hardware at least 14 days before your next renewal. Selections already billed are non-refundable but may be picked up at your convenience.
Are the selections guaranteed?
Club selections are subject to availability, and substitutions may occur.
Club notes and cancellation policy
By joining Karl's Cellar Club you authorize Wine Hardware to charge your selected membership amount today and every three months. Club selections are available for pickup quarterly, with local delivery available only for eligible levels and service areas.
Members must be 21 or older to purchase and to pick up or receive wine. Valid government-issued ID is required. Club selections are subject to availability and substitutions may occur.
